GNUmed is packaged for many Linux distributions as well as MS Windows and Mac OSX. Here you can learn how to install or update GNUmed for your distribution.
Note: The 1-click install provides the opportunity install and update as new versions are released.
This release is a beta-quality technology preview with known bugs and stability issues. We encourage you to test and report issues.
To install GNUmed on Mac OS X, you must have either 10.4 (Tiger) or 10.5 (Leopard) on the Intel platform (we do not plan on supporting PowerPC).
The latest development version, updated as soon as developers commit any changes, is hosted in CVS. It is recommended only for developers and experienced testers. GNUmed can be checked out using CVS:
