What to expect when using Fedora for running GNUmed

GNUmed is not yet a default package in the Fedora distribution. However there are current packages available. Those packages are distributed through the openSUSE build service 'OBS'.

The packages are located at the Fedora repository

1.) Download the file home:SebastianHilbert:GNUmed.repo for your Fedora (e.g. Fedora Core 15, see above)

2.). as root user copy it to /etc/yum/repos.d/

3.) Start Add/Remove sotware from the System menu and install gnumed-client and gnumed-server
